Stantec is seeking experienced Archaeology Field Supervisors for the 2026 field season. This position requires leadership in organizing and supervising archaeology teams across Ontario. Candidates will utilize advanced techniques such as photogrammetry while ensuring quality adherence to the MCM Standards and Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and conduct archaeological assessments and excavations
• Ensure quality control of data and fieldwork
• Lead a dedicated team of field technicians




• Collaborate with senior technical advisors and project managers
• Foster relationships with Indigenous communities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in archaeology or related field
• Minimum one year of field supervising experience
• Strong understanding of MCM guidelines
• Proficiency in ArcGIS and digital applications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
