You will facilitate successful onboarding processes, tailoring implementations to meet diverse client requirements. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the onboarding process for recent clients • Address client inquiries and provide technical support • Tailor platform configurations to specific business needs • Partner with teams to resolve implementation issues • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation for clients

Requirements: • 3+ years in Client Onboarding or SaaS support roles • Strong relationship-building and technical skills • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools • Understanding of training methodologies and change management • Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred
