Canco is seeking a Food Program Manager to own the hot food programs and kitchen business, from concept to rollout and ongoing optimization across the network. You will lead the redesign of the canteen kitchen program, define menus and workflows, hire and build the team, develop training materials, and establish transparent performance metrics and accountability. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure quality, scale, and sustainable
