*Role: Management of all aspects of BOOMburger *

Availability: Days, evenings, weekends

Wages: $19/$21 hour

Location: 64 Dellridge Lane, Bedford, Nova Scotia

*What would I need to do at BOOMburger?*





- Work with the Manager to provide exceptional customer service and help the team do the same
- As part of the Management team, lead the team. Training, leadership and coaching of our staff
- Take action! Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Help ensure operational excellence! Prepare and serve food, order products, monitor operations, report on various results
- Balance cash and complete cash reports
- Monitor revenues and labour expense and modify staffing to achieve labour goals
- Ensure food safety, health and safety, responsible alcohol service are being properly followed
- Create a positive setting for the team

*Skills and Qualifications*

- Management and leadership experience is essential
- Strong customer service skills
- A team builder and someone who can identify and develop talent
- A self starter who takes initiative
- High personal standards
- Managing a team of 10 with some full time supervisors and other part time workers
- Prior food service leadership experience is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
