About the Role Cover Genius runs Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) as an embedded insurance product, already live with multiple partners and expanding to more partners and markets.



As Senior Product Manager - Flex, you’ll take what we’ve learned from running these first programs and build the platform, processes, and partner experience needed to run CFAR across many partners, geographies, and underwriters — with strong data discipline and a high bar for operational rigor.

This is also a rare chance to build a truly customer-friendly insurance product — one that pays out with zero claims forms, receipts, or proof of loss required, which is how customers actually expect insurance to work. You’ll get hands‑on with the algorithms, agents, and machine learning that drive performance, while also shaping the partner‑facing reporting and customer‑facing perks that make the product tangible and trustworthy.

This is a scale‑up role for an existing product. CFAR is live and has strong partner interest, and you’ll design the automation, monitoring, and partner‑facing systems that let it scale with the same discipline it launched with. You’ll work across data science, engineering, pricing/actuarial,
