Be part of Amacon's team as a Maintenance Worker responsible for maintaining commercial properties in the Lower Mainland. This position requires a proactive approach to plumbing, electrical work, and more.
This full time role allows you to leverage your 3-5 years of maintenance or construction experience in a hands-on environment. Your responsibilities will include plumbing repairs, grounds-keeping, and ensuring tenant satisfaction through timely service. Effective communication and organization skills will be critical as you manage your workload independently.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct plumbing repairs and installations • Repair and install electrical systems and components • Perform drywall patching and painting as needed • Maintain grounds and perform snow removal tasks • Manage maintenance scheduling and service requests
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of construction or maintenance background • Clean Driver’s License essential • Must work independently and be punctual • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
