Key Responsibilities: • Engage clients through life skills development • Support psychosocial rehabilitation in the community • Teach self-care and independence strategies • Observe and report on clients’ health and progress • Collaborate with clients and other professionals

Requirements: • Diploma in Community Social Service or equivalent • Minimum two years of relevant experience • First Aid, CPR, WHMIS, and FoodSafe certifications • Criminal Record, TB, and Immunization clearances • Knowledge of housing and community resources
