The role

Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Jollytails

Customer Service & Sales Associates help clients in person, by phone, by email, and online. The role combines relationship-building, bookings, pet-product guidance, sales, and the daily care required to keep the storefront organized, stocked, clean, and welcoming.

Product knowledge matters

Associates are expected to build strong knowledge of pet foods, retail products, and Jollytails services so they can make helpful, confident recommendations.

What you will do

Everyday responsibilities

- Provide warm, accurate customer service in person and across phone, email, and online channels.
- Understand Jollytails services and retail products, recommend suitable options, and support sales.




- Process point-of-sale transactions and help clients book daycare, grooming, training, and other appointments.
- Keep the storefront and work areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Assist with inventory counts and orders.
- Follow humane animal-care policies and assist in daycare when coverage is needed.
- Communicate questions and concerns promptly to a manager.

What we look for

Reliable, adaptable, and genuinely helpful

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, customer service, sales ability, and dependability are essential. Pet-store, dog-care, or retail experience is a major asset. Jollytails operates seven days a week, so schedule flexibility and some weekend availability may be required.

Compensation

Starting at $17.50 per hour
