Become a key part of maintaining our properties as a Heavy Duty Cleaner with FirstService Residential in Vaughan, ON. This full time position is essential for ensuring cleanliness for guests and owners alike.
In the Heavy Duty Cleaner role, you will focus on both interior and exterior cleaning tasks from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. With your knowledge of janitorial practices, you will clean restrooms, manage waste disposal, dust surfaces, and maintain the cleanliness of parking lots.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service and clean all restroom facilities
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum various areas
• Collect and dispose of waste and rubbish
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Load and unload cleaning supplies efficiently
Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning methods
• Ability to follow safety protocols
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with occupational hazards
• Skill in operating janitorial tools
