Join CMG as an HPC Solutions Technical Support Specialist to assist customers in navigating complex software environments. This role balances technical troubleshooting with customer relationship management across Linux and Windows HPC systems.
You will work closely with clients to help install, run, and troubleshoot distributed jobs, while improving job scripts and handling licensing queries. Your ability to document issues and escalate complex problems will ensure streamlined support and enhanced user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate software installation and upgrades on customer systems
• Analyze and resolve MPI job execution related issues
• Develop customer training materials and documentation




• Support both Linux and Windows-based HPC infrastructure
• Ensure proper configuration of licensing features
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows HPC architecture
• Knowledge of distributed computing and job scheduling
• Familiarity with networking and troubleshooting in HPC
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
