Job Duties include:

- Organize and coordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
- Operate farm equipment and machinery to till, soil, plant, cultivate, apply fertilizer/pesticides and harvest crops.
- Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop related operations
- Perform other farming duties as required.
- Utilize data collection and digital technology tools and equipment to enhance the sustainability of the farm
- Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of farm machinery operators and farm labourers.
- Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
