$51.102 to $62.500 (5 step range)

Physician Assistants (PAs) are academically and clinically educated medical generalists who practice medicine within a formalized relationship with a physician. Regulated by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS), PAs collect and interpret medical information, make appropriate clinical decisions and carry out diagnostic and therapeutic interventions within a formalized Physician/PA relationship agreement approved by the CPSS.

Experience Clinical experience working as a PA in a related clinical field, is an asset

Education Successful completion of a recognized accredited PA educational program

Licenses Membership and Licensure in positive standing with the CPSS as a Physician Assistant Certified with the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants

Other Information Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (PALS) an asset Current ATLS Certification (Advanced Trauma Life Support), is an asset HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria For more information on the city of North Battleford please visit https://www.cityofnb.ca/ Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificate (ACLS) an asset Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement Standby may be required. May provide services to Saskatchewan Hospital. Valid driver's license, where required
