Key Responsibilities:
• Execute hospitality dining service using Ready, Set, Serve standards
• Collaborate with the Chef in food preparation and presentation
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitary practices in food handling




• Promote wine and a la carte service sales effectively
• Take part in emergency preparedness activities and training
Requirements:
• Smart Serve or Serve It Right certification needed
• At least one year of dining service experience required
• Protected Food Handling Certificate is preferred
• Experience working with seniors beneficial
• Proven communication skills in English required
