Bus transportation to and from the site is provided free of charge from several regional locations.Mount Milligan promotes a drug and alcohol‑free workplace and has adopted a zero‑tolerance policy with respect to alcohol or unauthorized drugs on site.About the OpportunityMount Milligan is seeking aSuperintendent, Camp & Facilitiesto oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all camp and associated site services. This role provides day‑to‑day leadership for accommodation, catering, housekeeping, bussing, and contractor‑provided services, ensuring camp operations support site production, project execution, and workforce wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as delegated site authority for camp operations,
bussing, site services, and small projects in the absence of the Superintendent.Maintain effective control of camp operations, including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, bussing, and contractor services.Ensure camp services remain stable during peak occupancy periods, shutdowns, and contractor ramp‑ups.Coordinate daily and short‑range work planning activities to align camp, facilities, and small projects with site priorities.Manage contractors against agreed scope, performance expectations, and service levels.Monitor operating costs and manage projects and expenditures under $500K.Ensure compliance with site safety standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.Support safety programs, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.Provide direct supervision and coaching to forepersons, leads, and contractors.About YouPost‑secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.Education or certification in Project Management and/or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation is an asset.Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required.Extensive experience in camp operations, facilities management, or site services in mining, construction, or industrial environments.Demonstrated experience managing contractors and service providers.Strong understanding of health, safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts,
