Avidbots is seeking a Production Manager to oversee robot production and drive lean manufacturing improvements. You will lead the production team, coordinate with supply chain and QA, and implement cost-saving measures while scaling operations to meet demand. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5+ years in manufacturing, solid leadership, and ERP experience (Epicor). Experience with robotics is a bonus, with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
