In this full time position, you will work under the Regional Manager, Clinical Education, delivering crucial training to healthcare staff across multiple clinical settings. Strong backgrounds in leadership and clinical practice are essential, as well as the ability to develop and maintain education programs that address staff competency needs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design and deliver educational programs for clinical staff • Compile and implement unit-specific training programs • Support the development of mentorship and preceptorship frameworks • Analyze and revise educational standards and patient care policies • Facilitate in-service programs to enhance staff skills

Requirements: • Active registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC • Three years of diverse clinical experience • Leadership experience in an educational context • Certification in adult education principles • BC Driver's license required
