They rely on us to complete a project they’ve envisioned, and we accept that responsibility to make it a reality.The Role:Accounts Payable ClerkUnder the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing accounts payable and aspects of financial accounting. This individual is autonomous, diligent, responsible, and communicates with ease.What You’ll Do:Help classify all the packing slips while ensuring that they are all signed off on by the site managerManage payable invoices (about 500/month)Ensure that all invoices are verified, coded and classified correctlyReceive clarification and approval from Superintendents for invoices that are missing informationHelp with the preparation of direct payments by collecting documents like receipts, compliance documents from WSIB, etc.Ensure bank information of our suppliers is accurateReconcile suppliers’ billsManage different administrative tasks such as document classification, photocopying,
