As a key member of the AIMS Support team, you’ll collaborate with coworkers, customers, and suppliers to provide essential technical assistance. Your responsibilities include installing systems, serving clients in office, and ensuring all aspects of AIMS are well supported, making excellent communication crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide robust support for AIMS applications
• Conduct AIMS software demonstrations for clients
• Manage customer-specific updates on AIMS systems
• Implement training and installation of AIMS systems
• Perform remote and onsite servicing as needed
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Must have a Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• 2+ years in customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Must be organized and skilled in multitasking
