This role presents a chance to support internal QA processes, provide documentation control, and develop training for quality assurance practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement internal QA processes and QMS • Maintain document control support for compliance • Create training content for QA processes • Identify gaps in processes and propose solutions • Collaborate with R&D; teams to embed quality standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biology or Biotechnology • 5-7+ years of GMP quality program experience • Knowledge of FDA and EMEA regulations • Detail-oriented with strong process rigor • Results-driven in a fast-paced environment
