In the Physiotherapist II role at AHS, you will be responsible for driving patient-centered care and clinical leadership within the Special Rehabilitation Outpatient Program. You will work both autonomously and collaboratively, making critical decisions regarding patient assessment, intervention, and care planning, while ensuring adherence to AHS policies and ethical standards in physiotherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patient care plans and interventions • Coordinate team operations and support quality improvement measures • Mentorship and training of clinical staff and students • Participate in multidisciplinary program development • Address complex clinical issues and implement solutions
Requirements: • Master’s degree or relevant Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy • Minimum three years in clinical rehabilitation • Solid leadership with problem-solving skills • Proficient in communication, both written and verbal • Capability for physical duties associated with patient handling
