You are tasked with overseeing graduate and undergraduate program efficiencies, advising, and managing complex academic processes. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee Fine Arts undergraduate and graduate program operations • Create tracking systems for student progression • Facilitate student initiatives and career development events • Ensure compliance with academic regulations and data integrity • Improve workflows and communication tools for better student support

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred • Experience in student advising or higher education management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to manage confidential information clearly
