Farmer Construction in Victoria, BC seeks an Intermediate Estimator to quantify costs and prepare bids for construction projects. Reporting to the Manager, Pre-Construction and Estimating, you will work closely with Project Managers and our VP to drive estimates and project initiation. Your responsibilities include tendering, reviewing drawings, take-offs, coordinating with subtrades, and assembling complete bid and accounting packages for successful project handovers.
