Become the face of Evolo as an Enterprise Events Lead, driving high-impact engagement with financial institutions. Oversee crucial event executions and sponsorship negotiations that align with sales goals.

In this founding role, you will manage the entire enterprise event strategy, ensuring that every conference, roundtable, and dinner translates to meaningful connections with decision-makers. Your hands-on expertise in event production and sponsorship contract management will be essential for maximizing budget efficiency and maintaining vendor relationships. Moreover, your collaboration with sales teams will ensure that every event contributes to active enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own end-to-end enterprise event strategy and sponsorships • Negotiate vendor contracts for effective budget management • Design executive-level hosted events that engage key prospects • Align event invite lists with sales follow-up targets • Manage all logistical and staffing elements on-site

Requirements: • Experience with enterprise event and sponsorship management • Strong negotiating skills with conference vendors • Familiarity with event technology platforms • Willingness to travel for in office execution • Ability to uphold brand and compliance standards
