Tim Hortons is seeking dynamic Trainers to lead hospitality training across restaurant locations. You will travel to current and existing restaurants, mentor Team Members, Supervisors and Managers, and uphold guest-focused service and food safety standards. In this role you’ll relocate within designated areas, deliver onboarding, provide constructive feedback, and help implement best practices in operations and service. Flexibility with shifts and weekends is required.
