You will support the kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking and cleaning, working 12-hour shifts on a 14 on/14 off rotation. Accommodation and meals during rotations are provided by the company. The role requires a college cooking program and a valid food safety certificate, plus 2–3 years of 2nd cook experience.
