You will proactively manage a high-volume workload while ensuring accuracy and detail in all reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct collection activities for an assigned customer portfolio • Maintain up-to-date records and report account statuses • Investigate and resolve billing issues as they arise • Prepare required account breakdowns for management • Coordinate with stakeholders on payment solutions

Requirements: • Proven experience in accounts receivable management • Solid ability to analyze and resolve payment issues • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • High level of detail orientation in all reconciliations • Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI tools preferred
