As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you'll embody AEO's values while interacting with customers in an engaging way. With your outgoing personality, you will utilize the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, educate them on products, and provide excellent service. Leverage your retail experience to assist across different areas of the store, from sales to stocking, while creatively solving problems that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program




• Flexibly assist across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Retail experience preferred, with strong communication skills
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace
