Transform primary care nursing in British Columbia as the Practice Success Consultant for Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia. Enjoy a remote working workplace while supporting RNs and LPNs in achieving clinical excellence.

In this role, you will be a pivotal leader in the newly launched Nursing Initiatives for Primary Care program, providing oversight and support to nurses in patient medical homes. Your mission involves fostering strong clinical practices through mentorship, coaching, and resource development tailored to enhance primary care environments.

Key Responsibilities:



• Mentor nurses in team-based primary care settings • Offer consultation for workflow and clinical issues • Support development of chronic disease management initiatives • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for improved outcomes • Monitor trends and contribute to program enhancements

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; master’s preferred • Current RN registration with BCCNM • 4-6 years of primary care experience • Knowledge of cultural safety practices • Excellent verbal and written communication
