Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate smooth handovers between global support teams • Monitor and maintain existing cloud/on-premise infrastructure • Conduct application maintenance and deployments outside core market hours • Troubleshoot application issues proactively before market openings • Support client infrastructure provisioning and upgrades
