Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Head Technician, Repair Shop to lead a team of Repair Technicians and oversee daily operations. You will ensure safe, high-quality tuning and maintenance of our rental fleet while coordinating with department leadership.
The role requires hands-on expertise in ski/snowboard repair, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and a focus on guest satisfaction. This position is full time and on-site at Blue Mountain Resort.
