The Prospect Responsible for providing EHS program coordination, administration and support to promote the Wajax EHS team. The Role Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs, procedures, and related documentation. Draft, update, and maintain EHS procedures, standards, guidance documents, and program materials to support operational consistency and compliance. Develop presentations, training materials, safety communications, and other learning resources to support EHS initiatives and workforce capability. Coordinate and support EHS training delivery, including preparation of materials, tracking participation, and follow-up on identified needs. Analyze EHS data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations for EHS leadership and other stakeholders. Support the creation of monthly EHS materials such as safety talks, campaign content, performance summaries, and awareness communications. Maintain accurate data and content within EHS systems and internal platforms to support reporting, documentation, and program visibility. Track progress against EHS action plans, initiatives, onboarding requirements, and safety-related follow-up items, and provide status updates as needed. Respond to EHS-related inquiries and support clear, consistent communication by reviewing, updating, and coordinating translation of EHS documentation where required.
Support onboarding and other employee safety-related processes by coordinating required documentation, communications, and follow-up activities. Maintain EHS content on internal platforms, including intranet resources.The Candidate Education:College Work Experience:3-5 years Knowledge:Familiar with current relevant EHS legislation, codes and industry standards; strong analytical and MS Office skills.
