Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times • Review and stock crew truck inventory before projects • Assemble solar modules and mounting structures • Apply weather sealing per project specifications • Maintain a clean and orderly job site after installations

Requirements: • Experience in solar, construction, or military preferred • Strong adherence to safety protocols and policies • Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and teammates • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results • Capable of thriving in a team-based atmosphere
