In this role, you will work closely with project managers and foremen to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Your duties will include monitoring fieldwork, approving time sheets, ordering materials, and compiling monthly progress reports. You will also liaise with external representatives and coordinate essential safety meetings.

• Collaborate with project managers on site administration • Ensure field compliance with safety and company policies • Approve contracts and facilitate material ordering • Prepare and submit job progress summaries monthly • Lead safety meetings and investigate incidents

Requirements: • Civil Engineering diploma/degree or equivalent training • At least two years in construction settings • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD • Strong communication and team collaboration skills • Clean driver’s abstract necessary for travel
