As a Team Lead, you will oversee daily throughput and expertly manage resources across Processing and Replenishment. This position requires strong knowledge of warehouse processes and compliance standards while training and guiding your team to achieve excellence in accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: • Train and support team members on best practices • Coordinate workflow for replenishment and inventory accuracy • Monitor adherence to quality and safety standards • Communicate operational updates to team members • Identify improvements and recommend process enhancements

Requirements: • 2+ years in a Distribution Centre or warehouse • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Robust communication and motivational skills • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs and perform physical tasks • Valid MHE certification preferred
