Join the Strategy team at Domaine, the largest independent Shopify partner, to spearhead conversion rate optimization initiatives. In this role, you will analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, develop hypotheses, and create a prioritized roadmap for experimentation. Collaborate closely with UX, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to effectively implement high-impact conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead CRO and experimentation for DTC e-commerce brands • Analyze data to pinpoint conversion opportunities • Develop data-driven hypotheses for testing • Create and prioritize experimentation roadmaps • Execute and assess A/B tests in partnership with cross-functional teams

Requirements: • Proven experience in CRO and data analysis • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies • Excellent collaboration skills with design and engineering teams • Ability to identify and prioritize optimization efforts • Knowledge of Shopify ecosystem is a plus
