and so much more.Position DetailsWhat You Will DoThe Claims Adjuster, Accident Benefits is responsible for oversight and handling of automobile, long haul trucking, motorcycle, and recreational vehicle Accident Benefits claims. The claims are of low to moderate complexity and severity. The successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high performance environment. The Claims Adjuster, Accident Benefits ensures claims are properly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.Telephone contact to obtain details of claim and injuriesOngoing processing and assessing new claims, detailed and thorough investigation, needs analysis, entitlement to advantages, facilitation of coverage and delivery of superior customer serviceEstablish priority of Insurers/Loss Transfer/WSIBEffectively guide and assist the insured through the claim process, in order to achieve service excellence and successful file resolutionEnsure immediate and effective responses are provided through written/telephone communication to the following; (lawyers, clients, doctors, rehabilitation facilities and service providersResponsible for benefit payments (as per legislation)Obtain approval from Manager on claims above authorityPlease note,
