Key Responsibilities: • Cook breakfast items to menu standards • Oversee food preparation and kitchen organization • Ensure a clean kitchen environment and comply with safety regulations • Supervise and train kitchen staff effectively • Maintain inventory control and food cost management

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years Chef experience in remote settings • Proficient in high-volume baking • Experience in housekeeping is a plus • First Aid and Food Safe certifications mandatory • Robust attention to detail and organization skills
