packaging at required dial speeds and working towards achieving daily production targets while preserving quality according to customer specs Roll preparation Re-web machine Machine adjustments Adjust slits, adjust / replace tucking blades, adjust and / or replace spots, change coarse / fine knives Cut and install correct bottom pasters, maintain glue levels Use ShopFloor software, labelling, counting and palletizing Machine cleaning Documentation and reporting Quality control and assurance Identify and report variations and deviations Perform other duties as assigned
