Located in Calgary, Wood’s Homes is dedicated to enhancing mental health for families. As a Youth and Family Counsellor, you will work on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation. This role is pivotal in delivering case management and therapeutic support to youth, guiding them through challenges and fostering their well-being. Your responsibilities include facilitating routines and engaging with cultural and spiritual resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapeutic sessions and case management for youth
- Maintain a supportive and structured living workplace




- Instruct daily living skills relevant to everyday activities
- Collaborate on individualized care plans and goals
- Handle crisis situations effectively with TCI techniques Requirements:
- Class 5 driver’s license required
- CPR and First Aid certification is a must
- Degree/diploma in relevant fields plus 2-4 years experience
