Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize processes for the synthesis and production of specialty chemicals. Conduct laboratory experiments, pilot trials, and plant-scale runs to evaluate process feasibility and performance. Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement in yield, purity, and cost efficiency. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including process descriptions, operating procedures, and safety assessments. Collaborate with R&D;, production, and quality control teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions effectively. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical process development and scale-up, preferably within specialty chemicals. Strong understanding of chemical synthesis, reaction engineering, and separation processes. Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis techniques.
