About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Brand Marketing & Communications to join their team. The successful candidate will be a transformative leader responsible for defining, building, and protecting the organization's brand and reputation. This senior role involves leading the brand strategy, integrated content and creative strategy, public and media relations, internal communications, and social media. The VP will work closely with the Senior Management Team to advance the mission and values of the organization, develop long-term marketing strategies, and ensure the Foundation's brand is consistently expressed across all channels. A key focus of the role is to inspire philanthropy, deepen donor engagement,
and enable fundraising growth through powerful storytelling and a robust, authentic brand voice.
Applicants for the VP, Brand Marketing & Communications position at the company should have a university degree and a minimum of ten years' senior management experience in marketing, with a significant background in brand strategy, strategic communications, and corporate affairs. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of driving positive change, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and retain high-performance teams.
