If you enjoy hands-on work, leading a crew, and seeing a project come to life from start to finish, this could be the opportunity for you. What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same. You’ll lead and work alongside a crew completing a variety of landscape enhancement projects, including: Garden, tree, and shrub installations Mulch installation and property enhancements Pruning and seasonal landscape improvements Interlock, stone, grading, and hardscape projects Decking, fencing, and concrete work Operating trucks, trailers, dump bodies, and landscaping equipment Coordinating crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently,



and on schedule Communicating with customers on-site and ensuring a positive experience What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and takes pride in delivering quality results. You should have: Experience in landscaping, softscape, or hardscape construction Crew leadership or supervisory experience A valid G license with a clean driving record Experience operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment Strong problem-solving and communication skills The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Bonus Qualifications These are considered robust assets: Horticulture or landscaping education Health & Safety knowledge Experience with interlock, grading, and stone installation Why Join Clintar?
