In this position under the Supported-Independent Living Program, you will play an essential role in organizing support aligned with individuals' preferences. You will focus on cultivating self-determination and community safety skills, aiding in the enhancement of residents' quality of life while ensuring everyone feels included.
Key Responsibilities: • Organize individualized service hours for clients • Assist in building self-determination and safety skills • Promote health, choice, and skill-building activities • Encourage participation in community events • Create inclusive experiences for all clients
Requirements: • Hold a Class 5 Driver’s license and access to a vehicle • Must pass a criminal record check • Solid communication and problem-solving capabilities • Flexibility in adjusting service times • Initiative and leadership qualities
