RedPeak is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep our apartment communities in top condition. You’ll perform routine and preventative work across drywall, plumbing, electrical and HVAC, ensuring safe, comfortable homes for residents.
You’ll assist scheduling, vendor oversight, and uphold security and life-safety standards while delivering solid customer service. The role supports multiple sites with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and on-call coverage as needed.
