- Assist in organizing both local and international alumni events
- Maintain electronic and manual records for various purposes
- Prepare materials for meetings and event communications
- Manage RSVPs and provide administrative support for events
- Conduct front desk inquiries and assist in scheduling Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in secretarial work
- A two-year office or business administration program completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
