Protak Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Human Resources Consultant for a hybrid position supporting the federal government. Ideal candidates will possess 5-10+ years in human resources, demonstrating proven experience with staffing strategies, policy development, and training delivery. This role includes remote work and in office duties in Ottawa two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop staffing strategies aligned with HR objectives • Support HR Manager by updating staffing policies and tools • Create and monitor the staffing policy framework • Coach Junior Advisors in HR practices • Conduct training sessions for sub-delegated managers
Requirements: • Active Government of Canada security clearance • 5-10+ years in Human Resources or related field • 7 years of recent HR experience • Experience with HR Management System Guardian • Successful candidates must provide references
