• Assess and create treatment plans for Chemical Dependency patients

Requirements:
• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• At least two years of mental health or addiction experience
• Active membership with Ontario relevant associations
• Training in CBT and DBT required
• Excellent interpersonal and crisis management skills
