What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional facial, body treatment and esthetic services tailored to each guest's individual needs Provide skilled consultations and customized skincare recommendations Perform a wide range of services including facials, body treatments, waxing, laser, manicures, pedicures and makeup Create an elevated guest experience from consultation through completion of every service Educate guests on skilled skincare, treatments and at-home product recommendations Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, professionalism and personalized care Drive retail sales through genuine product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations Stay current with industry trends, techniques, treatments and ongoing education Maintain a high standard of cleanliness,



professionalism and attention to detail Collaborate with a supportive team of talented beauty and wellness professionals What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of professional esthetics experience Well-rounded experience across a variety of esthetic services, including facials, body treatments, waxing, laser, manicures, pedicures and makeup Strong skincare knowledge and the ability to confidently assess and recommend treatments and home-care products Excellent retail and product sales experience Exceptional communication, consultation and client care skills A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude Passion for delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences Experience working with Comfort Zone, Institut Dermed, Jane Iredale or other premium professional brands is a strong asset A commitment to continued education and professional development An established clientele is considered a strong asset, and we're equally excited to support ambitious professionals who are committed to growing their business within our spa What We Offer
