In this role, you will be integral to U-Haul’s mission of providing excellent service. As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will assist with equipment inspections, manage customer interactions at both the counter and in the field, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, allowing current hires to grow their skills in a supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate customer assistance inside and outside U-Haul centers
• Operate technology for rentals and inventory management




• Hook up and relocate U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Inspect and clean rental equipment thoroughly
• Answer customer inquiries effectively
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Physical ability to lift and manage equipment
• Openness to gaining necessary certifications
• Willingness to engage in continuous education
