Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program effectively
• Flexibly support Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns proactively and respectfully
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Retail experience preferred
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Strong people skills and a high energy level
• Commitment to AEO's policies and integrity
